ULD Containers
Air Cargo Containers, also referred to as Unit Load Devices (ULDs), are essential assets for commercial airlines and air cargo companies. Designed to streamline the loading of luggage, freight, and mail onto wide-body and select narrow-body aircraft, these containers enable the efficient bundling of large cargo volumes for secure and cost-effective air transport. By optimizing ground crew operations and minimizing turnaround times, Air Cargo Containers play a critical role in preventing flight delays and supporting reliable logistics. Each ULD features a dedicated packing list or manifest, ensuring precise tracking of contents from origin to destination.
With decades of expertise in manufacturing certified, airworthy Air Cargo Containers and ULDs, Granger Plastics Company has become a trusted partner in the aerospace sector. Granger’s commitment to innovation and quality has led to the development of advanced aerospace and defense solutions—many of which leverage the robustness of rotationally molded products, proven to withstand demanding environments. This dedication to excellence culminated in the launch of Granger Aerospace, a specialized division focused on aerospace and defense applications, and the achievement of the FAA’s prestigious TSO C90d certification, underscoring Granger’s leadership in Air Cargo Container manufacturing.
Granger Aerospace has developed and is offering the following Air Cargo Container types of ULD Containers:

Experience the third segment of the Indian Ocean Beach Erosion Solution video series, where the Sandsaver system consistently delivers exceptional results in sand growth, sand retention and expanded beach profiles for both the northern and southern stretches adjacent to the installation site. This marks the first update since the global Covid-19 lockdown of 2020, and the footage clearly demonstrates continued sand accumulation on both sides of the erosion barriers. Conservative estimates indicate that more than 30,000 cubic yards of sand have been deposited since the initial Sandsaver deployment. Certain areas of the beach have already seen an impressive increase of over 150 feet in width, reinforcing the system’s effectiveness as a superior alternative to dredging. As sand continues to build up, it is only a matter of time before the Sandsaver modules are completely enveloped by the restored shoreline.
